What we liked: This bar was pliant and flexible but nevertheless had a good snap. The cacao beans guide the way in which, as most testers immediately detected a robust nib taste as well as a tea-like bitterness.What we favored: This chocolatier from New Hampshire was the winner of our chocolate packing containers review.
